For more than 14 months, I have been publishing blog posts on commercial topics in the construction and real estate industry. My goal has always been to initiate discussions on exciting industry topics.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the numerous feedbacks and the discussions that have arisen. Whether my contributions were helpful or not is for the valued reader to judge.
In any case, after 14 months and 31 blog posts, I now admit to myself that I can no longer provide any new input that would be worth sharing with you, dear reader.
Instead, I would like to draw your attention to a new project to which I will devote myself in the future.
In October 2021, the IMMOkalkulator went live (www.immokalkulator.at) with which the expected rental and purchase prices of apartments in Vienna can be determined. In contrast to other tools on the market, IMMOkalkulator determines the value contributions of 35 attractiveness factors (district, floor, apartment size, and 32 others) by applying a regression analysis to currently more than 100,000 advertisements. This enables the user to determine the price of an arbitrarily definable apartment. I hope that this service will contribute to more transparency on the Viennese housing market and I am looking forward to you using our service. For private users this service is free of charge until further notice.
Of course, I continue to welcome feedback on my posts and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
